A holistic approach is employed to enable Quantum Change through Individualized integrative therapies. It synergizes strategies from executive therapy approaches, along with neurocognitive training and mind-body practices and is curated based on the distinct needs of each client. Through this integration QC is achieved via a flexible and inclusive approach than any singular practice of psychotherapy.
The Quantum Change sessions can be held virtually or in-person, and include the ability to get in touch with Dr. Sharanya directly anytime throughout the program. The sessions are discreet, confidential, and a form of accelerated therapy that provides support, guidance, and applicable strategies to help individuals work through challenges and achieve positive change.
There are 2 specific programs:

TARGET which aims at
Transforming
Ambition through
Reflective
Goal based
Executive
Therapy
TARGET is achieved over 2 sessions, an hour each. The interaction focuses on delving deep into executives’ issues and examining thought patterns that might act as barriers/come in the way of their success. It aims to help the client examine and TARGET any underlying issues currently impacting their professional and personal life. Through self-reflection, goal-setting, and feedback, executives can better understand their strengths and areas that need focus. It takes on a holarchical process where each higher level is more whole than the previous levels and goes deeper into finding the parts that need transformation into the whole.

UPLIFT is the next program and aims at Unlocking Potential in Leaders through Individualised Focussed Therapy thereby catalysing Quantum Change for sustained success and wellbeing. These individual focussed therapy sessions can be implemented across 4 or 9 sessions, dependent on the goals, the availability and immediacy of needs. By engaging in this process, leaders can gain insights into their behavior patterns, develop coping strategies for their stress, and improve interpersonal relationships both in and out of the workplace. This specialized support goes beyond overcoming current challenges and scaffolds executives with the tools they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives, bringing balance and synergy.
“Psychotherapy isn’t a twentieth-century artifice imposed on nature, but the reinstatement of a natural healing process.”

Enduring Change
Change does not entail executives to slow down or compromise on what they need to accomplish in a given day. It only requires prioritising and better management of how the day is segmented to mindfully bring “self” into the equation. This fosters slowing of racing and/or unwanted thoughts which accrue within the body – negatively impacting physiological functioning. We can:
Connect with Self
Even within the fast paced life of an Executive it is important to find snippets of time to bring awareness and mindfulness. These can be as short as 3-5 minutes to bring intent into your life. These moments help connect with your inner self resulting in better recognition and management of emotions rather than having the body store them. Some ways to connect mind-body and promote wellbeing include:
- Practice deep breathing techniques
- Incorporating any mindfulness/meditation routine regularly
- Engaging with your senses (art, massage, aroma, dance, sport)
- Maintaining a journal (parking all temporary thoughts and worries while having gratitude)
Control Thoughts
If negative thoughts, anxious tendencies, bouts of sadness or a state of overwhelm seem to perpetuate, then learning to control your thoughts will help rewire your brain and reframe your thinking patterns.
- Talk with a specialist/therapist
- Find comfort in a self-care routine
- Redirect irrational/obsessive thoughts through journaling and affirmations
- Practice being present
By implementing the aforementioned practices, you will be able to curtail rampant thinking and regulate emotions through better mind-body connect.
Small Actions generate Impactful Change
Just as our minds exerts influence on our physical health, our physical health can impact our mental and emotional. It is hence no surprise that for those who engage in physical exercise/fitness they endure mental relief. Self-care routines that strengthen our bodies will elevate mood, immunity and ultimately reduce the impact of stress through internal chemical changes. Focussing on our physical health can help prevent mental illnesses. Adopting the following will assist with the same:
- Engagement in physical activity that targets intensity minutes and raises the heart rate
- Adopting a healthy holistic diet that works on nutrients and gut-brain enhancement
- Undertaking periodic detoxes
- Engaging in sustained self-care practices
- Connecting with nature
